2. To educate seniors as to what they can do to protect their assets (home, savings, car, etc.) from costs usually associated with:

a.) Costly and time-consuming process of probate court (our recommended law firms utilize trust-based estate planning).
b.) Statutory attorneys fees that are usually incurred  with assets going through probate.
c.) How to keep your family's estate plan confidential and out of the public scrutiny of probate court.

3. How to prepare for imminent long term care costs associated with rest home, home care, and nursing home stays.
